I want school work to go away,
And never come another day.
Let all my yearmates come and stay;
We'd talk and laugh and shop and play.
And if we were about to pay,
The boss'd say, "Oh, it's okay."
But nothing's ever what I say...
If only things would go my way.

Hey, finally here to blog again. I wanted to blog yesterday after coming home from my cousin's house actually but it was already almost 1am and so my dad didn't allow me to touch the computer. But when I entered the computer room, guess what he was doing? He was watching a movie he downloaded! How fair is that? Anyway, I missed the countdown yesterday. At 12am, I was in the car on the PIE on the way home from Eunos, listening to a conversation involving my dad and my brother. My younger sister (Sara) and my maid were asleep in the car, and my mom and elder sister were staying over at my cousin's house. So that was how I celebrated the new year. Haha.

Anyway. Yesterday was Hari Raya Haji, if you haven't known yet. In the morning, I took out my both my blue and my white baju kurung and asked my mom which I should wear and she told me to wear the blue one since my dad, brother and herself were wearing blue. So I did. But after I showered, I saw my sisters, and Sara was wearing brown while my elder sister was wearing gray. And my maid was wearing green. So anyway. I was feeling quite good, so before we left, I put on my white headband and wore my long silver cat earrings. But outside the door, while waiting for my parents who were searching for something, my sisters asked why I changed my earrings because it was only Hari Raya Haji and not Hari Raya Puasa. Obviously, they didn't change their earrings. I don't why, but I got a bit pissed because they spoiled my mood a bit and I didn't feel quite so good anymore. But then my brother heard and he told me not to listen to what others say. He said just follow what I want. But I wasn't feeling that good anymore, so I took off my earrings. I didn't change them back to the small black hoop ones. I saw my brother look at me quite disappointedly, then I felt very bad. So I looked down instead and began to look through the contents of my bag as though I was looking for something. But then, ta-da! I saw the big white hoop earrings which I bought when I was out with my Primary School friends. So I put them on and I thought it matched my headband well and I felt good again. I mean, they were quite simple-looking yet nice. At least that's what I think. It matched better than the previous earrings. Anyway. So then we left for my cousin's house, where all my other relatives would be meeting, too.

We reached there and I didn't really do anything other than watch television, which was on Suria channel all day long, so I wasn't really interested but it's not like I had anything to do anyway. Yeah, in case you didn't know, I'm not that close to my cousins except for a few of them. Which is like, pathetic, I know. But I don't mix around well with others even though I try to. Anyway. I noticed that my cute 6-year-old cousin grows very little. I mean like, his younger sister, who is a couple of years younger than him, is almost his height. Anyway. This time, I didn't play with him much, because of two reasons. Number one, he has the other guy-cousins about his age to play with. And number two, I don't show the playful side of me to my cousins much, other than the three or four who I'm close to. To them, I'm probably just this serious, boring, seriously boring person who just happens to be their cousin. Sigh. Then at around 8pm, my brother told me to take out my notes and helped me practiced my Japanese reading and writing. I discovered that I could actually recognise most of the Hiragana characters. I always thought I only knew 'a', 'i', 'u', 'e' and 'o'. But I still have a long way to go. A very very very very long way to go. I mean like, I still have difficulty just recognising all the characters, and I don't know any Katakana characters or any Kanji at all. Sigh. By the way, I think my brother reads Japanese quite well. At least he knows most of what he reads. So totally not like me. x) Yeah, then after we practiced, he gave me lots of encouragement. Haha. He's very nice.

Hmm.. oh yeah, I asked yearmates about what happened the day before that, and I realised that they revealed A LOT. In my brain I was like, "ARGH!!", not in the angry way, but in the helpless way. Haha. But I guess it's okay. Anyway, what has been done has been done.

Oh yeah. Before they went to reveal stuffs. Well, Sara and I were on the way home and they were going to wherever they revealed a lot of stuffs. Yeah. Sorry for what happened, yearmates. I guess it was partially due to me PMS-ing. Sorry. I won't explain why, though. But anyways, I'm really sorry.

Sigh. My dad's being super mean again, chasing me off the computer. He's been very mean this holiday. Always chasing me off the computer and forcing us to sleep before 12am just because he doesn't like it. He says stuff like, "I don't like it, you know. So you better switch it off now, you know." Yeah, I think it's mean. Well. I have to go now. Happy new year anyway. Bye bye. =)

i'm still here.
